Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is important to us! We're 100% confident that you will love and adore your purchases. We do understand that sometimes things don't always work out the way we want so we made our return and refund process super easy!

For a refund, please email  simon537453846279@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return/refund and let our friendly customer service team assist you all throughout the process.

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • All returns must be made or requested 30 days from the date that the item is marked delivered. 
  • The item to be returned must be unused and in its packaging (box) in the same way it was received. 
  • Due to the custom-made nature of our Apparel, Home & Living and Phone cases, the following items in this category are not eligible for return and refund.

Return and refund requests are subject to assessment and review and we will make every attempt to work with you, our valued customer. When the returned item is received and the refund is approved, an email confirmation will be sent with the details of the issued refund and may be completely processed within 7-10 business days depending on the payment method used upon purchase. 

Please note that the initial incurred cost to ship the purchased item will not be included in the refund if the item(s) was returned due to dissatisfaction or just want to return. A return shipping label will also not be provided and the return shipping cost will be shouldered by the returning party.

Damaged & Defective Items

If a damaged or defective item(s) was received, kindly send us a photo or video of the product and email it to  simon537453846279@gmail.com within 30 days from product delivery. Once reviewed and approved by our fulfillment team, a replacement will be shipped out free of charge. In any case that the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued instead.
