Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT Notification: Hey USA Budget Breeze Clearance Lovers-we know you are excited to get your Budget Breeze Clearance swag and we are excited for you to get it.

We learned that US Customs might slightly delay shipments to the US and no amount of Budget Breeze Clearance love can fix this!  While we will do all we can to get it to you as quickly as possible, some things are out of our control and we thank you for your patience.

Wherever you are in the world, we can definitely deliver to your doorsteps!

We have distributors in Canada, China, the United States and Australia. Depending on the size of the order, delivery address and product availability, items could be shipped from any of our warehouses. 

Order processing and preparation is Monday-Friday and can take 3-7 business days before items are shipped out. Once the order is shipped and handed over to the courier, it will follow the shipping time frame according to its destination as listed below.

United States: 6-12 days 

Canada: 7-19 days

Australia: 6-14 days

New Zealand & Oceania: 8-20 days 

Europe: 8-20 days

United Kingdom: 6-10 days

Latin America: 9-26 days

Other countries: 11-30 days

Army Bases may take up to 45 days

An email with tracking information will be sent out once the order has been shipped 

Shipping Cost

Please use our checkout cart to calculate shipping costs to the desired delivery address. 

Some countries require custom fees. In these situations, we aren't able to accurately quote the customs fees, taxes, duties, etc, and we can’t mark items as “gifts” either. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charge, so you’ll be responsible for any fees charged upon delivery. Please note, we do not issue refunds for custom fees, shipping cost, or the cost of your goods should you refuse to pay upon delivery. 

Changing Delivery Address 

If you accidentally make a mistake in the address when placing the order, don't worry! We can update your shipping address anytime before your package ships. Just send us an email at  simon537453846279@gmail.com so we can update your shipping address as long as the package is not yet shipped out.

If the package was already shipped and a tracking number is provided, unfortunately, we could no longer intercept and no changes can be made at this point. The package will ship to its destination as normal.

Service & Delivery Interruptions

We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible however some things are out of our control. 

  • There may be delays depending on the popularity of a product (if back ordered), and/or if ordered during peak season (holidays). 
  • In the event of an “Act of God” (e.g. severe storms, flooding, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes) or any local disease outbreak, it may become necessary to suspend or slow down our processing activities for the safety and well being of our staff and the third party service providers (courier services). As a result, orders are expected to take longer to arrive. If these events were to ever occur, all affected customers would be notified and offered a refund/cancellation of their order, as long as the order has not been shipped. 
  • Service interruptions and delays experienced by third party service providers such as shipping companies or couriers do not qualify for refunds or cancellations and should be handled between the customer and the third party involved. 

Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages

  • Orders tagged as ‘Delivered’ status are considered completed and delivered successfully to the shipping address provided. In the instance where the package is marked ‘Delivered’ yet is reported as not received/missing we recommend: 
    • checking first with a family member or house/room mate that might have received the package on the receiver's behalf
    • asking neighbors if they received any parcel by mistake
    • contacting the courier services to clarify where the package was exactly left and request a proof of delivery and dispute with them

If everything has been done and the package is still not found, chances are that the package was stolen or has gone missing after it was delivered to the shipping address. In such circumstances, this is beyond our control and regrettably Budget Breeze Clearance will not be liable for these unfortunate occurrences.

Lost In Transit Packages 

Orders with tracking numbers that are not updating for more than a week, or tracking errors indicating a lost package, can be raised to our customer support team. Kindly notify them by emailing  simon537453846279@gmail.com for further assistance. Confirmed lost in transit packages with correct shipping address will be replaced and reshipped free of charge.

Returned to Sender Packages

Packages with tracking details tagged as "return to sender" and with the correct shipping information will be reshipped to the same address free of charge. 

In an instance where the packages being returned to us got lost in transit, replacements and refunds are subject for a review depending on the shipment issue of the returned package.
